Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, you must first contact our customer service team to obtain return authorisation.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition. Products that have been used or installed are not eligible for a refund or store credit.

Refunds & Fees

• For returned orders, a 20% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
