Shipping Policy

Delivery Area
We currently deliver within Queensland (QLD), Australia only. 
If you're outside QLD and would like to enquire about delivery, 
please contact us at info@gealystore.com or 07 5474 0993 before 
ordering to confirm we can service your location.

Handling Time
Orders are placed with our supplier once payment is confirmed. 
Handling time before dispatch is [2–5] business days. 
You will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking information 
by email once your order has shipped.

Transit Time
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes [5–10] business days 
within South East Queensland, and [5–10] business days for other 
QLD regions. Delivery times may be longer for remote or regional 
postcodes.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery 
address and the size/weight of your order. 

Large & Bulky Items
Some products (e.g. pool heat pumps) are large freight items and 
may require a signature on delivery or a scheduled delivery window. 
We'll contact you directly to arrange this where needed.

Delivery Issues
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, or 
arrives damaged, please contact us at info@gealystore.com or 
07 5474 0993 and we'll resolve it promptly.
